Rector Search Update
June 2, 2008
The Search Committee has recently sent out over twenty packets to prospective candidates for our new Rector; we have started to get responses. We will have our first telephone interview this week in which all of the members of our Search Committee will spend time getting to know the first of our candidates and letting that person get to know more about Grace Church. We are in the process of doing research on each of our prospective rectors and talking to provided references. Very soon we hope to make visits to the churches of those who we consider serious prospects.
Although, we have to maintain confidentiality regarding all of our candidates, please continue to offer “what we need in a rector” comments, offer us encouragement and above all continue praying for the success of our efforts.
